Hi, I tried to log into me EEperks account today but it's says my account is deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated?

I am having the same issue as above. I was asked to verify my email address (although I have had this account for a few years) and am receiving a message to say that my account has been deactivated as I have not verified in the time frame allowed. Can you assist me in reactivating?

I am unable to access my ee perks account as has been deactivated can you help please
