Add on extras

Hi 

I just upgraded my sim plan and , I was told that the Netflix prime was add on but I just don’t know how to login to prime Netflix where to go and what to do so confused 🫤 please help

Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear that you have upgraded to a new SIM Only plan.

If you've taken a Full Works SIM Only plan, you'd be able to choose Netflix Premium as your inclusive extra in your EE app or EE online account.

If it was an All Rounder SIM Only plan, you can add Netflix Standard with adverts as the inclusive extra.

Do you know which plan you took?
