Hi, I tried to log into me EEperks account today but it's says my account is deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated?

Have today discovered my perks account has been deactivated. Tried to call through customer services but got cut off and wasn't called back.
Can someone help? Wanting to upgrade but won't without the perks!
