ee perks account deactivated

Hi, I tried to log into me EEperks account today but it's says my account is deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated?

I'm having the same issue and apparently EE are not able to help according to Mhairu (EE customer assistant)

My EE perks account has been deactivated and I am not able to reactivate it. I have tried using the EE whats app messenger for help but apparently according to Mhairu, EE do not reactivate the account.

 

Anyone who works for EE actually able to help ?

Hi all,

Having a similar problem. Have tried to reset my password but doesn’t seem to work to either my personal or work email address. So frustrating that this appears to be a recurring issue with the Perks account.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for coming here. 

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team. 

The team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team.

Have you previously registered an account through our Perk Portal or are you trying to get a code for the first time?

I have already registered, when I try to go to page it say not found

Are you getting the error when you go to the Perk page, or is it after you have tried to login?

Have you been able to try clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or trying from another browser or device?
