cant activate smart benifits

Hi all,

Had my contract start this week and transfered my old number accross, i chose 3 smart benefits on my mobile plan. However ive not recieved any info/text messages to activate these. i would lile to activate asap as im going on holiday next week.

Any info would be appreciated

If you log in to your My EE account and select 'Plans & add-ons' do any of your selected smart benefits show as active?

Hi Katie

when i click on plan and subscriptions the page is just blank, when i search for my smart benefits to says that i can swap my benefits in september.

 

would i need to call customer services for help?

Yes, I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this for you and ensure your benefits are active.
