I ordered the Samsung 55 inch DU8000 Smart TV 24 month bundle with TNT Sports which has been delivered, but I have had no information about how to activate the TNT Sports. I rang 150 etc, and got passed through different departments without success. Thought I’d try here before I lodge a complaint about this.

If you do not have an existing Discovery+ account then please try heading to www.ee.co.uk/tntsports and enter the mobile number that you have added your TV bundle to, confirm the PIN and then look for TNT Sports with an activate button. Hit that and follow the instructions to get setup.

If you do have an existing Discovery+ account head to www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus/ and login to that account and follow the steps to complete activation.

I order a 65inch Samsung tv on 31 of December and I'm still waiting for it I've tried calling have you had any luck if so what and who should I call I've tried the courier
