XBOX GPU inclusive extra

Hi, so I chose the xbox gpu add on in my inclusive extra but when I activated it now, I got a message saying that it is activated but I'll be charged for it also, is it a standard message or will I have to cancel it.

Hi I am trying to access my EE perk account to get a code for my new contract but it won’t let me login with my NHS email or personal. When I try to get a new password it doesn’t appear in my inbox/junk or spam. Any advice on this?Thanks
