Hello 

I have just upgraded my iPhone via customer services team. I am an NHS doctor and the representative informed of ee perks. I’ve registered and created an account but it was not allowing me to log in to get my code. Can you please help as I would like to add this to my account before my first billing cycle of the new phone. Thanks

Welcome to the community.

What happens when you log in and try to generate your codes? Do you get any error messages? Could you make sure you're not connected to a VPN and try it on a different device or browser please?

It consistently states “the login details supplied are invalid”

I have tried to login on my work dell pc via chrome and also on my Mac and iPhone via chrome and safari and all same issue.

I have also requested a password reset but none have materialised?

Is it possible you had a different work email address at the time of registering the last time?

I only registered today while on the phone doing my upgrade. I registered the account with my me.com email address but linked it to my nhs.net address. Is that the problem?
