I have just upgraded my iPhone via customer services team. I am an NHS doctor and the representative informed of ee perks. I’ve registered and created an account but it was not allowing me to log in to get my code. Can you please help as I would like to add this to my account before my first billing cycle of the new phone. Thanks

What happens when you log in and try to generate your codes? Do you get any error messages? Could you make sure you're not connected to a VPN and try it on a different device or browser please?
