Xbox game pass add on

Hi, I signed up for this add one a couple of weeks ago and have just gotten around to trying to activate it. Unfortunately, the text message I received that supposedly links to how to activate it is a garbled mess of a link that goes nowhere. Searching the site doesn't seem to be helpful (seriously ee, for a comms company, your website is PAINFUL to navigate). Any suggestions on how to sort it out?

Were you adding the Game Pass add-on to your mobile plan?

If it was, can you try to go to the Xbox validation page and follow the steps to activate it.

Let me know how you get on.

 This is what I received, it comes up as unable to reach site.

Hi Michael, it was through an inclusive add. I've gone through the steps and it seems to have activated but no option to add to my existing gamertag on the Xbox site, only to make a new one, which I'd rather not. Any idea how to resolve that or do I need to take it up with Microsoft?

@Keaves Just to clarify the link @Michael_D provided, ee.co.uk/xbox is the correct activation link I am sorry for the issue with the text you got. 

Once you go there and enter your number, confirm the PIN and hit the Activate button under the Xbox game pass it will then take you to a Microsoft login button. 

Once here you would just login to the Microsoft account you use for the gamertag you want to use and then it will take you to the Services and subscriptions tab of your Microsoft account to confirm the 1 month rolling subscription.

You should then be able to login with your Microsoft account and have access to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You should not need to add it to your existing gamertag separately as it will just go off the Microsoft account you login to after hitting activate.

Hi Alex,
I'm having an issue where when I go to this link I am asked for my EE number, which I enter, then it doesn't take me to the page where I enter my pin that I received via text. is it possible to get the link for specifically the part where you enter the pin?

Edit: I waited 10 mins for it to allow me to resend the code and it worked
