EE app not activating Apple TV offer

I’m trying to activate the offer via the app and keep receiving an error message to try again later.
I’ve not received any other link etc so does anyone know how I can get it sorted please?

Just to check, do you have the Apple TV+ add-on showing in your EE app? 

Have you received a link from us to activate Apple TV+?

Hi Leanne.
Thank you for your message. It was mega busy yday so sorry for delay in getting back to you. 
Yes the 6 month offer is showing on my EE app. It says click here to activate and then there’s an error try again later. 
I haven’t received a link from you guys.

Do you have other lines on your EE account that link could have possibly been sent to?

Hi Katie. 
Sorry it’s a slow morning lol and I’m not entirely sure what you mean. 
I have rechecked all my EE emails and none mention Apple TV. There’s a link to activate my Netflix and Discovery+ accounts. But that’s it.
