Apple One activation

I’ve just moved to EE and have been told I have an additional add on of Apple One included in my contract plan. However, I cannot seem to find how to connect it and link it to my phone. All I am finding is the 3 months free. My phone settings say there is no new subscriptions on my mobile plan as seen in photo.
please help

Hi @LivTolly

Welcome to the community.

It is best to make sure that Apple One is activated in your add-ons in the EE app as @Chris_B mentioned.

Once it is, you'd get a text that will help you to get started with the activation.

Let me know how you get on.

@LivTolly  Apple doesn’t know you have this so why are you looking at your Apple account subscriptions ?  It’s an EE offer  try looking at your EE account and look under add ons.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, I have the same problem. Nut Apple One is showing as active in my add-ons but I haven't had a text to start the activation.

Any ideas?

Cheers, Ryan

Hey @ryan1001.

Welcome to the Community 😊

Can you please try heading into your phone's Settings, then select your Apple ID, followed by Subscriptions?

Here if you select 'EE Plan Benefits' does it mention anything outstanding to activate?
It's worth switching from WiFi to mobile data when trying this as well.
