Please let me know I can redeem this, it is showing as active on my account but no instructions on how to activate or redeem.

How did you receive the activation instructions? 

It is showing as a activated nclusive extra on my account but no idea how to actually redeem / set up

Are you outside of 14 days since upgrading/taking out of the contract.
