£50 EE Store Voucher - "Sorry, this coupon code is invalid"

Hey,

I bought a Quest 3 in December, and today I received a £50 EE Store Voucher to use (https://ee.co.uk/december2023gamingvoucher).

I am trying to buy the following headphones:
https://store.ee.co.uk/products/sony-wh-1000xm5-wireless-noise-cancelling-headphones-wh1000xm5b-ce7-...

But the voucher code is giving me the following error: "Sorry, this coupon code is invalid. Please re-type and try again."

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

If you give our mobile guides a call on 150, they will get this looked into for you. 

You can also email enquire-store@ee.co.uk and advise this is not working to see if the store team can see why this would not work for you.
