Xbox Game pass Ultimate cancel

I bought a game pass ultimate subscription on the G2A site, I activated the subscription and I wanted to cancel it because I don't want it to deduct the money and microsoft redirects to this site. I contacted them and they said that I have to cancel through this page. But I didn't buy anything on this site, so I couldn't log in, I didn't have an access code, and I registered to be able to write. I'm not a customer here, I don't understand what I have to do with this site and why I should cancel here. They tried to help me with Microsoft's customer service steps, but since I can't log in, I can't cancel anything, there's no menu, I don't have any subscriptions. I would like them to help me and cancel the subscription because I didn't buy it here.

Does the website you purchased the subscription from have any contact details?

I would recommend going back to your point of purchase for this.

Sorry EE would not be able to cancel this for you if this is not linked to an EE account. 

You would need to contact the seller and ask for this to be cancelled.

I have the same problem as you do. Microsoft doesnt want to help me with this issue. They say to contact the reseller from the 3rd party website.

Unfortunately the site I bought the key has really bad support 😢
