Hi i was supposed to get free airpods with my upgrade which i did 5h May, still haven't received any, is this normal im waiting all this time? Cant listen to music on my phone. When on train.

@Kazza35 To my knowledge Apple AirPods have never been given away as a free gift with any iPhone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm not aware of any promotions for free AirPods. When did you take your contract out? Did you see something to say you would get free AirPods?
