I managed to receive a free XGP add-on on Monday but I go to activate it and it comes up with "technical issues etc". Anyone else had this experience and managed to have it resolved?

Hi James,
It's after I put my pin I got from verifying my number, just comes up "technical issues" and I can't go forward from that point.

Please can you clear your web browsers cookies and cache and try again.

I am trying to activate it from the EE app. I've tried copying and pasting the link into a couple of browsers but they both came up with an 'Error 404' page.

When the XGP got added I also got a message saying if I click the link it'll add XGP to my bill. But if i'm already paying for it would it just switch payment to EE or would it add £10 to my bill?

Yes, if you switch your subscription to your EE bill, any direct payments to Microsoft will be cancelled.

Wow everybody have same issue I think this is scam from ee i have same problem and I think every person that get this bundle dont have any game pass as they is set in contract.
