Hoping to get this resolved, as this has been frustrating me all day.
My SIM arrived this morning, got it set up and went to redeem my inclusive extra, which I have selected to be the XBOX Game Pass Ultimate. I follow the link automatically sent to me, it asks me to enter my number - which I do - and it then sends me an OTP which I successfully receive and enter. At this point, after entering the OTP, I am faced with a white, totally blank, page which is not a loading screen or the result of an internet issue but rather it is simply blank. I have tried this on my phone, two different computers, across which I have used Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all to no avail.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Getting an EE SIM has been nothing but frustrating, and now after it has finally worked I am unable to even access a portion of what I have paid for. Very disappointing.

I've managed to do it
Here are the steps I took
On my windows tablet I deleted all my history and signed out of my account on microsoft edge. I went to ee.co.uk/xbox and logged in to my ee account. After this is will take you to the home page. On the url delete the word shop and input xbox. Then try these steps again.

Are you connected to WiFi or mobile data when you are doing this?

I have attempted it with both WiFi and mobile data, with no success.

Thank you so much! Yes, this absolutely worked a charm. Using Chrome, I used a guest profile to achieve the same result, and although I had an issue with the "I'm sorry, we couldn't log you in right now" error, I was able to bypass it by clicking on the log in button within the "My EE" drop down on the website, and from there I replaced everything onwards from the word "app" in the URL with "xbox" and it worked!

Your very welcome. Really pleased for you. Just glad I managed to find a solution or we would all still be in the same boat. It shouldn't have been this difficult to activate it. EE don't have a clue what they are doing
