Unable to revalidate EE perks as password won’t reset

I am going round in circles as password won’t work and reset link not working either.  How can I revalidate ? Thanks.

 It asks for my email address to send password reset but the email never arrives.

Could you have registered with a different email address @NikkiY?

Have you tried both your work and personal addresses?
