Unable to log into EE Perks

HI, 

I am unable to login to EE perks to renew my NHS discount. When I try to login with my personal email address it states password incorrect and reset email is not received (yes I have checked junk). I am unable to check the work address I initially signed up with as I have changed trust since then.

If I try and re-register with my new work email address I am unable to do so as my personal address and phone number are already registered. 

Please advise how I can regain access to the discount.

Good morning @Hrc3

The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team. Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. If you would like me to do that, please send me your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally.

The quickest way to get this resolved is to contact us directly. From there, one of our Guides can send a web form to the Perk team on your behalf.

I am having trouble logging into ee perks. It's states I am registered, but then states my account has been deactivated. 

Any help appreciated.

Or is it a case that this is when it tells you you're already registered?

Yes it states on some logs ins that I am already registered, then I eventually got a msg saying my account was deactivated because I didn't follow up the activation back in 2023 when I first tried to sign up. Then if I try re-register it says I have an account 😂

So I am sort of in no man's land 🤷

I work for Calmac, and trying to get a discount code for my husband to join ee. 

Any help appreciated.

I am also having this problem, it states I have to re entra my nhs email when doing so I have the screen pop to up say and email has been sent, but no emails sent

Have you logged into the perk account previously? If so, how long ago did you last log in? 

Also, have you checked your spam/junk folders?

Yes, I’ve had it since covid.
I last used it aug time to add a perk to my account
