Unable to log into EE Perks

HI, 

I am unable to login to EE perks to renew my NHS discount. When I try to login with my personal email address it states password incorrect and reset email is not received (yes I have checked junk). I am unable to check the work address I initially signed up with as I have changed trust since then.

If I try and re-register with my new work email address I am unable to do so as my personal address and phone number are already registered. 

Please advise how I can regain access to the discount.

I am not having any success resolving the issue these other EE customers on this thread are experiencing with EE perks sign in. I have a call logged but it has passed the turnaround time given for a reply and after calling to chase it, still no success. I need this resolved asap as my daughter is due an upgrade & I wanted to take a new contract out for my son for Christmas. 
EE Perks does not recognise my sign in & I do not receive a reset password email when I try that.

i have just been advised by the EE tech team to call my HR department and ask them to reset my EE perks password??? I am a little bemused but this suggestion, I can just imagine my HR departments response to that request. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My issue still isn't resolved either! I got to re-registering again, it didn't recognise my govt email, so had to upload my payslip and now I'm back to square one where I can't get in again.

Its a little bit of a pain really 😞

Could you log in after the account was verified with photo ID?

What happens when you log in using the personal email?
