I am trying to log into my EE perk, but it just keeps saying credentials not valid, please try again!
I have tryed the password reset, but still the same result, I was locked out of my account, and had to wait 24 hours, which I have, but really need to get into my account so I can obtain the perk codes for my new contract,
any help will be much appreciated,

I am having the same problem.
I have used the account 3/4 times before I'm due an upgrade and was looking to use one of my codes.
I have tried to log in with my normal password but said details invalid have tried to reset my password several times but have not received an email. I have checked all folders and ran a search for both EE and EE perks with no success.

It wouldn’t let me log in said it was invalid so tried to reset and said was not able to. And now I’m locked out my perks account

Hi @ReyzilThemis,
You'll not be able to reset your password until your account is unlocked.
Please allow 24 hours without any further login attempts before following the password reset link.
