I'm getting same error message as everyone else WB402.
Tried
Going through phone (samsumg & iphone), tablet, laptop
Tried
Edge, chrome, Firefox, silk
Tried
Wifi on, wifi off
Tried
Via bt link, ee link, link sent on text, full website address on all the above
Turned phone off & on, no difference
Checked I have the add on
If anyone has any idea where to go from here, I'd appreciate any suggestions

Are you using the same BT ID?
Can you try logging into the discovery+ app what happens?

I've just looked at my ee Leanne & can't see it as an add on, could this be the issue?

Yes, if this is not a active add-on you would need to add this to get set up.
Can you text SPORT to 150 and the reply will let you know the options for adding TNT Sports.

Got an email on Thursday asking me to do everything I've tried already & not heard a thing since.
