All rounder plan and inclusive extras

Hello. I’ve paid for an all rounder plan with one inclusive extra but I can’t add the exclusive extra. Whenever I try I’m taken to an error page. I tried to call about this but gave up after being kept waiting for 29 minutes. Please add the data roaming inclusive extra to my plan asap.

Can you try texting PICK to 150, do you get the option to add the Roam Abroad Pass?
