Evening! My 20% nhs offer has recently expired. When I upgraded my phone/watch yesterday I was told to log on here to re add to my account. Could you give me some information how I complete this please. Also my nhs address has been updated in the last 2 years. All help gratefully received 😊

@JoChappy You have to call customer services to have this re-added you can not do it yourself. You’ve got 30 days from the contract starting to have this applied.
When you upgrade you are supposed to reapply the discount it doesn’t just carry over.

Are you able to register for a new perk account with the new NHS email address? Once registered you can view the codes and provide this to our customer care team on 150.
