Unable to Retrieve Code

Good evening. Looking for some help.

I’ve been trying to get a discount code, but get this message in response. 

Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Have you tried another web browser to see if you can generate a perk code? If this is the same, when was the last time you logged into the perk account and could view the codes?
