Did you mean:

Trying to buy 7 Day EU roaming is ridiculous!

Give me strength. Talk about an impossible non-user friendly task.

it just lets you top up. Not actually getting the roaming on the link they give you.

it’s a joke.

Hi @Xleannext

Welcome to the community.

Do you have an active subscription pack? You can find some information on how to add the 7 day roaming pack here.

Hey there @dmb007.

Welcome to the EE Community!

Are you abroad at the moment and looking to add this on, or are you going away soon?

Peter

Currently in Spain.
Did a 7day RoamEU last Thursday and it worked.
Trying to now do again and it seems impossible to do. I still have £10 credit to pay for it!
Cheers

Thanks @dmb007.

I've just edited your reply slightly, as we recommend not sharing your personal details in public.

When you first arrived, how was it exactly that you added this on?

Was it via a text you received, or did you add it via your account?
Peter

We came out 2 weeks ago.

Did a 7 day roam for £10, then did it again last Thursday, I think through the app.

Today the app just keeps saying can’t load.
I still have £10 already in my account to do it again and the app shows 1 active Add-on.

When I press see all add-ons the app eventually says something went wrong Try again?

Thanks @dmb007.

Is your monthly subscription pack still active at the moment?

Peter

Nice one @dmb007, if it's WiFi you're using when trying to load the app, can you try switching to mobile data?

Also can you please try sending us a text with RO to 150 and let me know what comes back?
Peter

It’s a 4G mini WiFi I’m using. Previously I’ve had to take out the sim, put it in a mobile and then text ROAMEU7days to 150.
it’s a pain, but looks like the only way?
