I am having trouble logging in to the perks account keeps saying not valid, try to change password not receiving a link, what do I do, please help

seems like a lot if people have had trouble

i have received verification email to my work email, tried verifying but keeps saying account has been deactivated !!! Why

i am getting nowhere with this each stage keeps showing an error

 an I speak to anyone

really need to get this sorted

Is it email ? I am still having problems, I have tried to verify account on my work email now saying it has been deactivated, when I try logging in again, password not correct, try changing still having problems
Don’t know know what to do !
