Is anyone having trouble logging in to their account. Mines been unavailable for weeks?

@MazzabottYou need to call customer support and request that they reset your online account.  

But can you access your online account? If you can then try clearing the phone  browser history and cookies and try again. If not you need to call.

Yes, same problem for weeks. I rang up to have them fix it, and do some data gifting. They moved the data, but still no app.
