Rightio,
Tech support removed and readded the product then sent me a link to TNT support. They in turn advised me my login is through sky and I can't add the subscription to it. Now I went to sign up with a different email address it says I have to pay.
Great work guys keep it up.

It says there is nothing to activate.
i did say that at 8.59 yesterday.
