TNT subscription stopped working

Started a live chat and the agent removed then readded it and still nothing.

Yeah since my contract started in 2019

I've logged into my BT account and it says I have no product's

I am unsure as to what is causing this. 

I would recommend getting back in touch with our technical care team who have account access and can investigate this further.

They said 24hrs a ticket has been raised

Well they said 24hrs and it's now been 4 days. Guess it's not gonna be fixed

Still nowt called in again case was closed. Seriously believe that someone in ee is capable of fixing it but they are on holiday
