Active add on duplicates as inclusive extra?

I’ve got an ‘inclusive extra’ roam abroad pass included with my contract. However, in the ‘your active add-one’ section it says £2.29 per day for EU roaming, with no option to remove it. Does this mean I’ll be charged twice if I go abroad?

No, the Roam Abroad Pass overrides the £2.29 daily charge. It's 1 or the other; you do the maths.

Morning @Josiesphone10

Thanks for coming here.

As @XRaySpeX has advised you won't be charged the daily rate if you have the Roam Abroad Pass. Please make sure to text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure the account also has roaming active to use the pass 🙂

Leanne.

This should be ROAMING to 150. Although having just tested ROAM, it also gets there in the end after a couple of extra replies.

Edited my post now @bristolian thank you 🙂

Both options should work to check roaming is set up.

Thanks.

Leanne.
