TNT subscription stopped working

Started a live chat and the agent removed then readded it and still nothing.

Good morning,Yes, it was working when I first got a message in may or June to swap from BT to TNT but now it says no subscription and contact my provider. I contact the team via a live chat and the rep removed and readded the subscription however the link I got stated there was nothing to activate. That's when the chat fell silent and I started to look for a new provider.

Rightio,

 

Tech support removed and readded the product then sent me a link to TNT support. They in turn advised me my login is through sky and I can't add the subscription to it. Now I went to sign up with a different email address it says I have to pay.
