TNT Sports + Active but not recognised when activating

Hi. I have a Smart Benefit included which shows as active, TNT Sports with Diacovery+  - to replace BT Sports that I had and worked fine. MyEE app shows it's an included benefit and I've tried to activate Disc+ and TNTSports from both methods and neither recognise that I have the inclusive. Need this sorted ASAP any ideas anyone? Trying to watch some boxing on time.

Have you activated your subscription at Activate discovery+ (bt.com)?

Hi, yes. No options for EE. Can't create a BT account as don't have an account number.

Did you get a text message from us after you activated TNT Sports as your extra?

I have the same issue. Customer services removed and re-added it but when I go to the link from the text message and enter my mobile/pin it just says there’s nothing to activate. Almost a month now wasted of an inclusive extra.
