TNT Sport "Claim Free Trial"

i clicked on a box to claim a Free Trial for TNT Sports but i got a text saying its £25 pm. not free!

does anyone know whats going on?

I can't find any information about this offer. I'm going to reach out to a colleague about it, so I just need a little more information.

Where do you see the offer/link to claim the free trial? Was it through your EE Online account, email or text message (or somewhere else)

Is it part of your mobile subscription or EE TV?

I'll do my best to get you some answers.

thanks for coming back to me. I did get this sorted through online chat, though it was a faff. Basically in my account, through a PC I logged into my accoutn went to "Manage", "Mobile Add-Ons". "Get Add-Ons", "Free Trial Available" then under TNT Sports it said "Claim Free Trial". True it also says £25pm but i assumed that would be after the trial given the Trial is "Free" and its definitely not clear. I've put screenshots below

Like I say, I think I've sorted this (it took quite a while yesterday though) but i'd say it definitely needs fixing and its not good. It also says you can claim a free trial for X-Box Game Pass too, but I'm guessing thats not free either.
