Setting up EE Perk account

Hi, im trying to register for an EE Perks account as I have Blue Light Discount. Im struggling to set up as I am a carer/PA so I don't have a work email address or an ID badge. I sent over a copy of my recent pay slip but they won't accept it. Could anyone help with how I can set this up please? Thanks

The Perk offer is open to NHS employees with a valid NHS email address or a valid NHS photo ID.
