Tech add on

How can I find out what I owe on my tech add on? I'm desperate to leave EE but this is holding me back.

@zebrazebraland  You online account shows this under add ons.  

and you can still leave you’ll just have to pay off the remaining cost of what you owe of this add-on.

It tells me that I have an add on but not how much I owe. As in how long is left until I've paid it off or what the remaining amount is, so I can pay it off

If you click (or tap) on the add-on it should state an expiry date.

If you are unable to see this EE Customer Services may be able to find this info for you if you gave them a call on 150 from your EE Mobile.
