Hello @Harry66

You can add a tariff to it via the wear app. You have to be a contract customer ( including sim only contract ) to add a watch tariff. The watch tariff will be £7 per month on a rolling 30 day contract and you’ll get 10Gb of data for the watch, it’ll share your call and text allowance from your contact.

Are you 100% sure you can do that EE have been saying yes then they say oh no you can't I'm just confused about the whole thing

Hello @Harry66

Yes this is 100% Correct

You will need a Paired Watch Plan.

However this will come with a separate number for billing purposes. Will share the Same number as your phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic Smarthwatch 4G version aswell.

The reason I'm asking these questions because I bought a smart watch from Currys with WiFi only not cellular.

So I then when to the EE store about 2 weeks ago and they said they it can't be added on because the watch I brought was WiFi only not cellular so I have asked EE in store they then said the watch has to be on the same network as EE that's where the confusion is I think.

So I when home then phoned up EE they said yes you can buy a watch outright from Currys with cellular data then just go to a EE store and then add the watch plan on the it's self people are telling me one thing then a different thing the next. I appreciate your help sorry about this.

The watch must have 4G Cellular Capabilites in order for you to use a eSim plan on it.

Thank you for helping me understand that you can buy a watch outright and then add a watch plan on.

But why would EE themselves tell me you can't when you are saying that you 100% can do that are they trying to hide something from customers knowing about this type of stuff.
