EE Perks ID validation

i signed up for EE perks sent NHS validation but waiting for response since. Email is same as the one I’m using for this. Please can someone chase and I need to get the perks as soon as possible to order a new phone.

Ok thanks but it’s been around that already. I need access asap. Can you please chase with the team. As I saw on someone else’s post that @Katie_B chased one case which wasn’t verified after 3 days. Why am I not getting the same luxury and equal treatment? Please can you verify me asap.

If this was completed Friday or over the weekend the team should respond today for you. What day did you register?

Hi Leanne I done it on Saturday. So it’s been nearly 48hrs. And still nothing yet

Today is the first working day, once the team have checked the request they will email you to let you know this has been verified and you can access the codes. 

If you have no email verifying the details by tomorrow afternoon please let me know 🙂
