I've just upgraded two phone on my account, both entitled to a free set of Samsung Buds pro 2.
How do I claim for these? The cashback I got a link to use after a certain time, but no information regarding the Buds.

If you selected an eligible device the buds will be sent to your account address within 15-30 days.

I called EE after upgrading to Samsung S23 Ultra and they said I should follow a link to Samsungs Site to fill out a claim form For the Buds pro2 but cant find the offer on their site. My contract started on 16th of this month and the EE customer service Person told me still ok for the promotion Any help please 🙂

I am sorry this offer started on the 17th Feb and runs until the 16th March.
If you ordered before this date you would not be eligible for the offer.

I've just been told the same thing & I ordered mine on the 20th of Feb & can't find any link on samsungs site either

Hi I ordered my S23 Ultra on the 20th February so I should qualify, but I too can't find the link to claim the buds. Any help would be appreciated

The Buds2 Pro earphones are sent out automatically to qualifying customers 15-30 days after ordering the phone.

The promotion runs 17/02/2023 - 16/03/2023 and is for customers purchasing a new Samsung S23, S23+ or S23 Ultra handset on any plan., @Kenmac15.

I upgraded 2 of the 4 phones on our contract to Samsung Galaxy S23+ just over 2 weeks ago. Today one set of Galaxy Buds2 Pro have been delivered. Will we be expecting another pair, ie) is it a set of earphones per qualifying phone purchased?
