Hi, my ee perks portal told me that I needed to renew, so I entered my work email and now I can't log back in! I've tried using my personal Email and work email. I've tried resetting my password again but it tells me it's sent me a reset email and I don't get one!
I'm VERY frustrated and desperately need this sorting. Could i please speak to a human about this, before I just give up and move to a different network.
