Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 offer - Code not working

I have today finally received my text with link and code to order my free galaxy buds 3. However, after adding the galaxy buds 3 gift item to basket as instructed, and going through checkout, it will not let me apply the given code. I enter the code, click apply and the apply button goes black but nothing happens... even if i proceed through to payment it wants to charge my card the full price.

Please help as I only have 30 days from today to put through the order.

If the code you have been provided is not being accepted I'd recommend giving us a call and reporting this to our customer care team.

Does the text have any information on who to contact in the event of a problem. If so contact them. 

Alternatively call EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Nope otherwise I would have... other than providing the code and link just says the following:

Go to link, add Galaxy Buds3 Silver to your basket and enter the voucher code during checkout. This will update your basket and allow you to place your order at no extra cost. You have 30 days to redeem the voucher.

Enjoy your new Galaxy Buds3.

Did you get it sorted? I had the same issue and was told to do it on a laptop or chromebook via the website and it worked OK then.
