I cancelled my contract with EE in September and I’ve just realised my Netflix account that I got as a free add on with my phone bill is still on there and won’t allow me to cancel it. Please can someone tell me how to cancel so I can pay for Netflix myself

Just to check first of all, since cancelling your EE services has your Netflix continued to remain working as it should do, or has the service been interrupted?
What exactly is happening when you log in and go to manage this too?

Hi Peter,
it did remain working until October then it stopped and says that advert plan is not operated in the country… so now I can’t access Netflix at all. When I log in to my EE app and go to manage it says “your account is now closed”
I just want to cancel my Netflix completely with EE so I can pay for it myself without any problems

I want to keep my ee contract but as I cancelled netflix I don't need it any more as I found a free app

If you would like to cancel Netflix, please log into your EE account online or the EE app and select add-ons, does Netflix show a cancel option?
