I have recently changed over to EE and have a sim only contract, I’d like to add an Apple Watch onto my plan but when I go into shop it tells me I can’t add another product to my account at this time.
does anyone have any advice please?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check your account.
They'll be able to find out why this is happening.
