Reactivating NHS perks account

Trying to log in to my nhs perks account and it’s saying account deactivated. Similar questions on the community not helpful as they all have private responses. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi I had a nhs perks account which gave me 5 codes to use with ee why can’t I log in with it now .
