I want to add to this, I had the Xbox series x with 48M tech add on, it’s showing as active on EE but showing nothing on Xbox, tried going through customer service, they sent me to Xbox, Xbox sent me back to EE, where they sent a one time code to activate it, went through that process and it says that theirs nothing to activate, so why isn’t it showing on my console, not paying for something im not receiving

Welcome to the EE Community
You should be able to activate your Xbox Game Pass as part of your tech bundle, by visiting ee.co.uk/xbox and entering your mobile number. It will send you a PIN to take you to an activate page. It sounds like this may be what you have done when on the phone.
If you have more than one number make sure to check the Xbox bundle is not on one of your other numbers. But if the Xbox Game Pass is not appearing there to activate, it is a member of our technical team who will need to add it. If you contact them and let them know you need the free Xbox Game Pass as part of your bundle they should be able to help.
