I am having the same issue. I purchased a Samsung Freestyle projector with a 24 month TNT pass. I have never been given anything for this pass and EE customer services cannot help. My order starts with XK.

It sounds like this is a bundle you are paying for monthly via your EE mobile bill. If so you should be able to activate your TNT Sports bundle by visiting ee.co.uk/tntsports and entering the mobile number the bundle is being billed on.
After verifying the number it should take you to a page where you can click activate on TNT Sports and complete setup from there.
If after verifying your number on that link, if you don't see anything to activate that means the TNT Sports bundle is not on the number. If you have multiple numbers on your account make sure you are entering the one the bundle is being billed on.
If you only have one or have checked all numbers on the account and it is still not there, then it would require speaking to one of our guides to let them know the TNT Sports part of your bundle has not been added. They will need to add it to allow you to complete setup on the activation link above.
