Unable to generate EE Perk codes for NHS discount

Hi I am having the same problem, been trying to change my contact but cant get a nhs code. Can you help? Thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you say you can't get a code, are you able to login to your Perk account and it says that you have codes available but won't generate one, or are you unable to login?

As above it says unable to retrieve codes once I click activate code.
