Hi Chris I'm.also having the same issue I have counted on a couple of threads but they were older than this. I keep getting this when I login to perks
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
I can't see an option to reset it or to send a new verification email. Please can you help as I am wanting to upgrade and use my nhs discount. Thanks

Hi I have just come across this same issue not able to sign in because I didn't verify in time now my account is deactivated and I can't seem to change or reset the perks account. Please can you help? Thanks
