Hi Chris I'm.also having the same issue I have counted on a couple of threads but they were older than this. I keep getting this when I login to perks 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

I can't see an option to reset it or to send a new verification email. Please can you help as I am wanting to upgrade and use my nhs discount. Thanks

Hi I have just come across this same issue not able to sign in because I didn't verify in time now my account is deactivated and I can't seem to change or reset the perks account. Please can you help? Thanks

Hi James I'm trying to reset my perk account it states that my 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

Please can you help with this as I am trying to upgrade and need access to my perks account. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks
