EE SIM deal after failed broadband order

Evening all,

I had attempted to move my broadband from BT to EE, but they have decided that it is impossible and cannot be done. They have cancelled the transfer and have regraded my existing BT broadband.

I had taken out a discounted SIM when transferring my broadband to EE. Does anyone know if the discount will remain on the SIM?

I should have asked when I was on the phone earlier, but I was so stressed with it all that I wanted the call to be over. I'll call them again when I'm up to it if no-one knows the answer.

Good morning @Moose_UK

I am sorry to hear this.

Is your EE SIM now active?

Does a discount show within your EE account?

SIM is active and number is ported across.

I’m unable to view my plan due to the amount of crashed out orders, so the website and app just freeze whenever I try to access anything!

Thanks for getting back to me @Moose_UK

We have no account access here on the community to check any discounts.

Please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be happy to confirm.
