Roaming in the EU

We have 2 identical sim only deals. One allows us to roam in the EU free as it is included as part of the package but the other does not. Can we change this? Why don’t they both have it as an included add on?

Cuz  that's what you choose when you ordered them; 1 with Inclusive Extras & t'other w/out.

You may possibly change the 1 w/out to a more expensive plan with Inclusive Extras by calling CS.
